Qualification Criteria
1. Decision-maker signal: Has team management responsibility, runs a company, or holds a senior role (Director+). Team size > 1 is a strong signal. This is the PRIMARY criterion. 2. Corporate email: Uses a company domain (not gmail.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com, outlook.com, icloud.com, aol.com). This is a SECONDARY criterion. QUALIFICATION RULE: If at least ONE criterion is satisfied, rate as "qualified". Otherwise "not qualified". Be generous with criterion 1: freelancers with clients, consultants, founders of 1-person companies = qualified. If data is missing or ambiguous, rate as "review" instead of guessing.
